Stayed at the Hotel this past Labor Day Weekend. All in all, not a bad little place for $28/night including breakfast and taxes. The management was extremely helpful and willing to bend over backwards to help you.
I do have two minor complaints:
1) Noise: I was on the top floor (5th) overlooking Calle 8, and it was definitely noisy. The glass must not be all that thick and the clubs below would play there music till 5 am and then the street vendors would start with there yelling around 6am. So bring your earplugs, this definetely helps. A meet a fellow CRT member there, bombaro35, who had a extra set. Many thanks to him for loaning me a pair.
2) Safe: It took a while to get use to the fact that all the safe boxes are on the 1st floor in a vault, so I would have to depend on the manager to put his key in, then mine. If you lose your safe key it is $50 to replace, so I had to go back upstairs as I did not want to carry it around town to the MP's. May lose it taking off my pants so many times

.
Other than that, the breakfast was okay and you had a choice of 4 menu items, located on the 5th floor with a nice view of the mountains. The chica fee is $5.00 and the chica needs her I.D. or else may be a problem getting her in.
All in all, many thanks to RBC100 for bringing this really nice hotel to my attention. You really cannot beat it for the price. Always take a taxi at night however, cause, it is not in the best part of town. Walking in the daytime was not a problem. BRING EARPLUGS. Will probably end up there again on my next trip.
