What a guy! Always nice and welcoming. Use to offer me free drink everytime I seen him. He knows I don't drink anymore but was fun banter. Found out I was there for my birthday one year and went get me a 1964 Padron cigar. My favorite at the time. I rarely receive gifts for my birthday. I never forgot that kindness. You will be missed Bill. Rest in eternal peace.

I first met Bill back in 2004 upon my first visit to Costa Rica. I have been coming back 1-2 times per year ever since then and have always enjoyed my stay at the Lodge. Bill made it a point to say hello and shake your hand and welcome you back every time he saw you. It made the Sportsmans seem like a home away from home. He will always be missed.
