Orange you are cut from the same cloth as Cuba Dave. Many times in your over 11,000 post you post(write) about the exact same things as Cuba Dave did and did it frequently as your post count indicates. Nobody would argue that you should be prosecuted, or persecuted, under this lame ass law. The only difference between guys like you and Cuba Dave is that he posted pictures of himself and his playmates all over the net. For this he should go to prison? How about just kick him out of the country and tell him never to come back?
Tica Dealer you are a little bit right and a whole lot wrong. Yes they post a lot and write about the same subject one on an internet message board the other thru his facebook page and other by social media, blogs ect... Orange does not post pictures of himself, he doesn't sell books or guides, he never had "www.orange.com" , he never gave media interviews and bragged that he does not have to work because he makes $$$ being me. Orange was not kicked out of a country and was never detained by law enforcement authorities and had all of his camera, computer, and cell phone confiscated and inspected by law enforcement.
Look at it this way : Orange and Dave are both at a bar drinking heavily together telling war stories. They both get hammered and it's time for the bar to close and both of them have their cars out in the parking lot . They are both advised not to drive and to take a cab home. Orange does the smart thing and takes a taxi to his house and arrives home safely. Dave, whose been told that there are 2 DUI check points on his route home and advised by everyone in the bar not to drive because he is drunk. In addition Dave has several prior convictions for DUI and should know not to drive. Dave drives anyhow and gets stopped at a DUI check point and arrested. He is transported to the county jail and criminal charges are filed against him. Same thing? They were both drunk but that's where the similarities end.
BTW: I also hope Cuba Dave gets released from custody soon but the feeling in my gut says he will remain incarcerated for a significant period of time.
