What the Phuck is that supposed to mean?

PB

Pretty self explanatory. The DI is interested in staying business. I have an experience that shows a different side of Bktuna. If he was such a nice guy, and such a great and honest employee, why they would they let him go?

People are trashing a hotel based on one side of the story. I would like to hear the other.... Pretty straightforward.

Not to throw gasoline on a small smoldering ember, but if you state something in print or speak it and it is found to be untrue, it could be considered to be civilly actionable, so why go there? If true, but you tell it to someone who because of your admission of this factual information causes this person damage(unless it is a public record) is again actionable, so it comes down to not what you know, but what you can prove, and even if you can prove it and you knowingly divulge it to cause the other person harm is actionable, at least in the good olds USA. I would not be surprised if there are not similar laws in CR. Best to stay away from litigious actions. ... 8)

I suppose there is always that 1%..... and it had to be you.

This is the same guy who gets into fights with locals and cannot comprehend how his own myopic understanding of a different culture make it imposible for him to do business.

Hank,

Thanks - At least we have some on this board that has everything figured out. ;-)

After a nice high-jack, back to the topic...

There are some pretty big names down here that are curious about the other side of the story too. They feel the same way I do. However, this board seems totally one sided and uninterested.

And yes - I'm probably in the 1% on this board. I let you imagine what that means...

Just to get a little off topic...
Didn't Boyd mention awhile ago that the Dunn Inn was getting flat-screen TVs in the (newer) rooms? The website for the DI has photos showing a couple of rooms, and the TV sets look about 25 years old...19" models. Why don't they show photos of the newer rooms with the flat-screen TV sets? Just wondering.

Most excellent: A 3d, on the ground, real time report. So be it.

Amistad is still a better deal than ANY of these joints if you're the "mature" type. *shrug*

He he....good one because I am NOT paying $700+ out of MCI to that place. I'm going with Spanky to BKK for $1200 and 3.5 weeks.....

That's a smart move. If I could handle that long ass and expensive flight out of Newark I would do it too. :)
I'll never forget the week I spent there with Xman.

I do fine with CR...

Oh; do be careful with Spanky. He's been known to 'like' boys :P :P :P :P :P :P :P

I prefer the ride to CR. However, remember the word Triazolam: This is the "medicine" you should request from your doctor before you embark on anything with a long ass haul. It's what the President; the Diplomates; and their "foreign equivalents" use. Feel free to admirably exceed the recommended dosage and enjoy some adult beverages both prior to and after consuming. :P :P :P 8)

Oh, there's no worry on that. I got a prescription for 60 Ambien pills every month and I got a stash of over 130 pills. Will not travel anywhere without them!
