What is more funny, perhaps, than the "save a ho" tone, is the "save a monger" crusadors, who think that they can somehow teach guys the rules about not getting taken advantage by a these horrid "sharks." If one is so vulnerable that they need to put up big walls ( feel ANYTHING other than horniness, never give five bucks, never believe anything) so they don't get hurt, than what does that say? It says, weakness and problems setting bounderies and limits. It says a lifetime of feeling hurt by women. Big walls are for those who need them.

Did the origionally poster change the women's life? Of course not, it was a random act of kindness that may have done nothing, or may have given her time to think about what she was about to do.

What does it matter who is the recipeint of a randomly kind act? Monger, hooker, baker, bum, ect. If you give randomly to these girls and expect them to love you, you are nuts. But to just give for the sake of giving? What is so horrid about making the world a bit more human for a minute.

Why of the guys here are so locked into the Madana/Whore, Bitch/Savoior thing, its really predicible-I even guessed who was going to respond to this post with in a stearn and harsh way.

Why is it so hard for some people to believe that you can be firm, centered, and totally not open to a relationship with a hooker and be kind and human at the same time? Why is it so hard for some to believe that you just be a prick to be strong?

If that is you, and no accusations at any one person, perhaps take a look at your own fears of being engulfed and overwhemled- these girls are only powerful over you if you have not worked through your overdependence on women...

That said, what is up with the nasty, person to person attacks? Can we just present our point of view and not have it get THIS personal?

This is a guys forum where we do at times, 'save' each other.

So when someone makes an argument that the "other side" is human, isn't that an inference on our side ? You are on our side , right ?

In any event, I am on the "monger's" side. I wont flinch or second guess my or my fellow monger's purpose. I'll let each guy make his own 'human' decisions.

I look at it this way... I would never recommend this "career path" to any chica/woman I know. The reasons vary, but not as a moral judgment. Have I ever given a chica $$$ to get the hell out of the HDR with an admonition to never return? No. Would I if the opportunity presented itself? I wouldn't be opposed, but I don't know what I would do. I don't want to "jump" everything I see with internal plumbing either so that's probably a factor out of many.

What I do know is this... the story as told by Sonny was thought provoking. I was moved. Thinking it was worthwhile I repeted it here. I would do so again in a heartbeat.

I have said on more than one occasion... the gulch scene is not for every gringo. The same applies to every chica... unless, of course, you see yourself in my forthcoming coming new book mentioned above.

Sure, no problem. Some guy gave a girl $100 to leave the DR, said she shouldn't be there and to stay away. Since the title refers that this was a human act of kindness, it was inferred by another that a monger who takes a girl for some action is not a human act of kindness, thus the monger is bad. And, this act of human kindness also presents a c@ck blocking move because another monger can not have a taste of the innocent fruit. Well the thread seemed to close on page 9 when El Ciego posted an honest testimonial of some of his actions. No, it couldn't end. This bad, bad guy from Chicago, Dean, had to start it all up again, knowing the exact words to say (you know the type, played the I don't get it line). Apparently, there was another page dedicated to another possible view by Miamiheller and JOsie played the devils advocate (and he did a very good job). Jamrock officially pronounced the death of this thread, but Hank the healer rose Lazarus from the dead. I truly believe that Dean guy is out there just waiting for the right pause in the action. I am sure he will pounce on the opportunity to push this thread a couple of more pages, maybe by offering a summary which would probably lack a couple of details. Thus, reigniting the fire.
