i think i could hang w El C and switch ipods for a flight although the black sabbath, nine inch nails, stabbbing westward, alice in chains stuff might be a bit much for you.
love the ambient/chill music on your selections
btw glen campbell was a joke even though galveston and wichita lineman are on the playlist somewhere

Black sabbath broke out when I was in 6th grade, Homes... i just downloaded Trent Reznor's latest expose of his tortured soul, NIN's "The Slip." I find Stabbing Westward to be pretentious and lacking substance, but too hard? Na-a-ah.
Glen Campbell's "Wichita Lineman" is one of the best pop songs ever written recorded...but "Rhinestone Cowboy?" Makes me wanna puke.
What's all this Elvis cult shit/? Yes, on stage as a young man he was electrifying, but his moves/vocals were nothing new, if one knew any black musicians. Furthermore, Roy Orbison had a better voice, and had he been more handsome, he would have worn Elvis' crown. When Elvis gained weight and began overusing the medicine cabinet, he lost all his talent/charisma and began a sad downhill slope, perpetrated by the machine that had been built around him. Sorry Elvis fans... I just don't get it. Elvis 1960 yes. Elvis 1970, not so much.
