About 6 months ago I meet a Very Hot and sweet 23 yr old brasiliera Online . She met me in Rio and we had a great Honeymoon session for 3 days .
Im pretty sure her intentions were to come here and marry me for papers as part of the package but I went along knowing this would never happen . I have no feelings for her other then the one in my pants .

She applied for a Tourist Visa with her sister brother and cousin .The week I was in Rio she had her interview in Sao paulo . SHortly after she told me she got accepted and she is coming to San Fransisco to be with her mother .the first week of march . She got her airlines tickets $2000 each x 4 =$8000 Visa cost $300 x 4 =$1200 Lawyer who seems very MUY TICO in the way she handles things was $8000 for all 3 . Supposedly the mother who cleans houses has been saving for 5 years to bring them there . This is great I will have a sweet young thing thats crazy about me and she is on opposite coast as me !!

Today i get a call she tells me she got rejected for her Visa and she can only get half her airline refund and no refund on Visa cost or lawyer . I can see she was devastated on webCam you cant fake that .The american consulate decided in the last minute that she and her siblings were not going to come back to brazil if granted the Visa (which was correct) now she is screwed all her dreams just went out the window . I feel bad for her because she lives in that boring sh*thole Goiania .

She is desperate and now she wants to come through Canada or Mexico . Perhaps migrate to London which I think she needs no Visa for travel . It is very hard for anyone from a poor country to come here ,this took 6 months and the family life savings to be Blackballed in the last minute .

Any thoughts on this ??

You sound a bit on the fence with this one...understandable...but as I sit in my casa here in estados unidos, I think to myself...it's a very very GOOD thing they can'y come here so easy. Imagine if they could? That would Phuck up alot of guys...

Rough for your girl, but that is the US embassy. As a country, we are committed to letting in the least desirable people possible. Those who deserve a chance and could contribute to the US either have to pay off a CBP officer or sneak over a fence. The bad guys come in through the front door. I helped alot of people in Indonesia apply for visas. Same in Mexico. So much nonsense to be denied most of the time. And usually denied by a snotty amount to nothing bitch from NYC or Boston. For $1500
for the CBP officer, and a small fee to a set up handler in TJ, she can walk through the front. This is very common. She could also pay a smuggler around $1000 to ride in to the US. The best smugglers are related to Border Patrol agents and can guarantee her getting across.

I could be wrong, but something doesn't smell right about her story.

The US embassy doesn't re-evaluate a visa application. Once it is granted or rejected, that decision is final until you apply again. The embassy personnel are too lazy to do twice the work. Plus, with the number of visa applications they see, I'd doubt that they have the resources or desire to evaluate them twice.

She told you she got accepted. You didn't actually witness this, correct? She got rejected off the bat, but had this plan in the works.

This is just a planned-out RFM in my opinion.

Sorry "IF" they lost all that money and the family won't be together.....but I think you caught a lucky break. I agree with Orange, expect the RFM.

I politely sent her an email saying No and she never mentioned it again . There is some guy in the US who is in love with her and has been sending her money for years and buying her things he even proposed to marry her but she dosent want to sell her heart she says . So she is accustomed to recieving money already . I guess she thought it didnt hurt to ask .

Orange I think the same thing once the visa is granted they dont go back and look for more reasons to reject it . This girl has no idea whats going on she is an airhead sometimes or its just the language barrier but I cant get a strait answer from her about the chain of events leading up to this.Or anything for that matter!!

At this point by the look on her face and the tear smears she definatley got rejected and is very sad because her dreams are crushed . Its possible she jumped the gun .She tell me she never got a letter expaining the reason she says because they think" we not come back brazil "

The lawyer is stupid to send all 4 of them in group cuz if ones is suspect they reject all 4 .

I would never send her money the most i would do is treat her when I am with her like I did in Rio because she is poor but never send money ,never thought of it ,never will ..... Now she is trying to get Canadian Visa anyone know about this?

A friend of mine told me that something like 90% of all single women from countries requiring a visa to get past US CBP never leave if they get in i.e.: they intended to immigrate using a tourist visa.

Women like her are usually rejected outright for tourist visas.

It could be that she was taken by the lawyer, or, it is a great RFM story.

I agree and I doubt she ever applied. It is widely known around the world that if you have nothing to come back to, you have no special education, you have nothing much to offer the USA, you will be turned down.

Most people know better than to apply since if they fit into the above situation, it will be a huge waste of money (like flushing it down the toilet - who's going to do that?).

She faked everything on that web cam in my opinion.

Most likely: This is just a planned-out RFM in my opinion.

could be that she's not the one running a scam but the one that the scam was run on. Remember there was a lawyer involved in this. When is the last time you felt good leaving a lawyer's office.

She definatly applied for the Visa there is no way she could pull off such an elaborate plan and ask for airfare then offer no reaction when I rejected it.
I drilled her like a detective but in a subtle kind of way . Im too smart
I told her the lawyer smells funny she said the lawyer dosen't need her money she is rich has no motive plus she got her best friend here last year . I still think the lawyer is fishy .Its thousands of dollars where talking about and in BRAZIL! which is like 10's of thousands .

I have a plan ,she is gonna drive her scooter to Tijuana ,I think Berk lives in texas he is gonna drive his ole pickup truck across the border and Im gonna treat him to some cheap mongering then we are gonna bring her and her scooter in the back of Berks pickup and she can put the Babi*s under his 10 gallon Hat ! Ill keep you posted
