I do not get involved in sponsor disputes or complaints, but the mgt at Hotel M wanted me to respond here for them.

I don’t have a password to access your site, so I can’t reply on the forum, so if you can just post something and tell him to call my 800 number, it will be resolved in a moment’s notice. I have already reserved the room for him that he requested, I just need to connect with him to confirm.
As you can see the Mgt is very much trying to resolve this persons reservation confusion, and complaint. I received a copy of the generics of the reservation showing the email address etc and the contact info provided is different then the emails provided here. I also attempted using the contact information provided to HOTEL M to contact this person and I to had my emails returned.
All I can say is if your going to make a complaint regarding a sponsor in this or any forum please have your facts in order as making false allegations hurts reputations, which is not appreciated here.
