I guess they have to squeeze a nickel out of everything. A couple of months ago I was snagging wireless. Today was told that it was $10 for 24 hours access. I hear they are washing out condoms and reselling them to the girls. haha Every penny counts, huh? I think a lot of the mongering institutions of SJ have gotten very big heads. Too bad the scene doesn't change a bit and shake up the big boys. I know it won't happen, but I think the DR and the Presidente could use a little money loss to shake things up.

And it won't change if the horny fuckers keep going down there 9-12 times a year.

And just for a little report, the action is pretty bad mid day Wednesday. Maybe three chicas worth a ride. Not many guys there either..

But....but.....but......SOMEONE'S gotta do it !!!

They do it for one simple reason. Because they can. As long as they are king of the hill they have no reason to not milk the cash cow for as much as they can get. Do not expect any benevolent gestures until they have trouble filling rooms, selling drinks and taking your cash in the Casino.

Yet the owners never seem happy about anything. I just picture them in a big vault, with scowls on their faces, swearing and counting their money. haha How can you run a p**sy palace like that, make money hand over fist, and look like you are pissed off all the time? You're right though, they do it because they can. And we must be getting newbies by the month. Because I don't know too many people who stay there after their 2nd or 3rd trip down. Can't argue with making money.

Third World nice to have met you bro. Thanks for all the tips. I know I sound like a broken record but like I was telling you that day at ZB that was the great thing I loved about SL. SL dont nickel and dime you to death on stuff like chica fees, internet time etc. If SL ever expanded and bought out the place next door with the SL management style and custumer service Del Ray would have serious competition.

The owners of the BM probably love the free publicity advertised on this board which helps keep those newbies flowing, but then again they would never show their gratitude.

One day at the DR Greg (one of the owners) and I were chatting. He said that he assumed that I owned CRT (he called it "that website about the chicas". I told him that I was just a member. So as we were talking I told him that he should consider offering a discount for VIPs that stay there thereby selling more rooms. His answer was pretty funny yet probably true. He said "We are looking for ways to make LESS money and not MORE". They do things that bare out that statement over and over like charging for the wireless hookup. It's almost like they have meetings to decide how to phuck up a good thing.

On my recent trip someone said they thought the HDR was for sale for 18 million. If thats the case I think that is a bargin price. I personally would be interested in exploring the idea of a price at that price.

The figuer I've is 25 Million. I've also heard that they turned down 22 Mill sometime last year.

On my last trip, I was talking to a bunch of guys about improving competition in SJ. HDR has - with little exception - a total monopoly.

We have 5,000+ members on this board. It seems very realistic that we could hire lawyers and develop an investment syndicate.

Then, buy the Morazan or something similiar. Fix it up real nice. I mean... the DR is okay, but not close to a 4 star hotel. Bring the quality closer to the SL. Then add features that make it more unique. Maybe a strip bar or live music??? Put in nice rooms on the level of SL or Presidente at the same price as the DR. And, give the chicas incentives to hang-out like discounted drinks.

Why the phuck not??? I'd invest.
