does anybody know what kind of system they use in CR?

I am pretty sure they are on the European system (sizes 35, 36, 37, 38, etc) versus the US system (5, 6, 7, 8, 9, etc)

Does anybody know for sure? Gracias.

Last trip to San Jose, I bought a pair of PUMA sneakers on Central Avenida for a favorite chica's daughter, and yes, the sizing was the European system.

Costa Rica uses the European sizing system.Shoes I buy here are 45 1/2
which is 11 1/2 in the US.

If you've got big feet, watch out. It's very hard for me to find 13 down here.

Or;
If you can't do the math - go to any Payless here - they have the sizes in both American and European.

Head to the Southern boarder Third, at the Panamanian stores there they have a lot of size 11 plus for Nike, Puma, Timberland...etc. Prices are way cheaper than CR.

It's European numbering but a lot of the salespersons can deal with US numbering.
