Not much, a little more last 18 months, last time I was there a few months ago there was some action at the bar next to Wacky Wanda's. Saw a chic named Fleur there I knew from SJ working with a few other decent ones. There are two clip joints at the opposite ends of town--Leyla's coming in from airport and Itzemana off the road coming in from parrita. Leyla's has been open, closed, open, closed so I don't know current status. Avoid them--rip off joints and the girls were never more than a 6 imho. Quepos is a byo kinda town.
