It would be nice if the advertised price included tax and other expenses. CR is pricing itself out of the market for me. I have FF miles on AA and can't find any decent flights from ORD unless I want to spend 70K miles.
:-(

But, thanks for the link. I'll keep on lookin'.

Just booked AA (for early June trip) from MIA to SJO for $426, taxes included. I know it sucks, but phuck it.... I'm booked! :x
Hell, this time it took me less than 48 hours (getting back from Disneyland) to book my next trip! 57 days......BRING IT ON!!! :P
Mucho Gusto

It seems that the drop is for a very limited schedule. I already had booked a flight for June/July out of Dulles, and I noticed my same flight has actually gone up in price today. With the price of fuel going up the way it has......I see airfares only increasing.

Not so fast! The airlines are talking about raising fares to cover the rising cost of fuel. So book soon!!!!!

YO El Cheapo Flights:

$255. R.T. from San Fran. SHIT !!!
Fellows, just be glad you do not reside in the Pits of Jax, FL.

Advance purchase from the PITS ot SJO is as follows:
American: $603.
US Airways: $684.
Continental: $794.

Pits of Jax is less than half the distance to SJ than SF and the flight ticket is over 2-1/3 times a much from Jax. Is this a wonderful country or not.

Yea, yea, I know. Deals vary, there is no real formula to the disparities and Jax is not a major hub. And I could drive to Orlando but my old truck is on borrowed time. Hell, it's more to even fly from Miami. And you guys wonder why old Circus is held up in his dilapidated digs with a phucked up cat while the trailer shakes from the dump trucks dropping their load in the dump next door. Hmmm, speaking of loads........time to drop my load in the toilet and watch two pea size leche armies fight to see who sinks first. Lots of excitement here in the Circus digs. At least I've got that going for me.

$603. shiiiiiiiit.

These prices phucking suck!!!!!!!!! Sale on Delta yesterday Nashville to San Jose $559 (not inclu tax of course), but the kicker is it's a 12 hour flight because you have to go through Pittsburgh WTF. So, it's less to go further and more expensive to take a quicker route through Atlanta, makes sense to me. The prices through Atlanta are still well over $700.
