Guys I just booked a few days ago and got a eticket from the following agency. They were 150 dollars cheaper than any other site I could find. May be a site you want to check if you are booking flights to CR.

i just tried to see the price from BWI to SJO from late august to early september and found a teaser fare listed $411 plus tax.

the plus tax raised the total to over $560. I'm still holding out for something lower but will continue to chech the website.
