Greetings men! I must say I've been reading this forum for about two weeks and I am very impressed with the participation and comraderie that you feel when reading the boards.
I am planning a trip to CR in late May or June. I plan on staying at SL because it's not as intense as HDR and easier to learn the fine points of mongering when starting. Also I want to use this trip to check out CR other than the gulch. I am 56 and next year I'm going to sell my business and relocate possibly to CR. I am just ending a marriage with a Colombiana and want to start a new life. I've been to Colombia many times so I know a little about the latin culture. My question is does anyone know a guide or taxidriver that could show me some of the areas in the central valley during the day? Or does anyone have any other ideas?

Sorry bro. Don't do anything rash. Like selling a business, that is, if you still enjoy it.

A few good rides on some other chicas will get your head screwed back on okay.

You can get a driver at the SL. Jimmy does sightseeing trips. Any other driver there will do the same.

I know Juan Carlos Vega who is a driver at the sportsmen to be a honest man. He lived in New York City for 5 years.

You can find his info in the Transportaion section.
