Well.....after a little more than 1 year and more than 150 TLNs, I would like to bring my Nica here for a VISIT. I have plenty of pics with the family. Also, we are going to go to the embassy in Managua.
Any advise on getting the visa would be appreciated.
PS- I'm not joking.

Fiance visa is very easy to get, however there is a question about being a hooker so just a warning so it doesn't come as a surprise. You'll have to pay for all of the processing and you'll probably have to wait at least 5 months for approval.

She has 90 days to marry you once in the US - If no marriage then she has to return or else you are in a boat load of trouble.

As they say, it isn't rocket science, it is just a simple and clear process that must be followed. Check out the INS/HLS site - lots of information of there that is written very clearly (not so much in legal terms).

When you say a boatload of trouble just what do mean? In other words if you bring her over here on a finance visa then she moves out on you and you don't know where she is what is the penatly for you.

WARNING......... Please keep all sharp objects away from me. I think the first requirement is to deposit $100,000 into an account in her name in Nicaragua. Then sign over,by will,ALL possessions to her. Then purchase a large pistol with just one bullet. (It's up to you to decide which of you gets that)

This subject has been covered many times. Try doing a search.
Here is one thread:
https://costaricaticas.com/phpBB2/vi ... light=visa

One bit of advice: DO NOT PAY ANYONE TO GET YOUR GIRL A VISA!
(like these guys http://www.fianceevisas.com)
You can do it all yourself. Anybody that says they will do it all for you is full of crap. YOU will still have to provide all of the information, all they can do for you is look it over and make sure it's all there.

A list of all the information you need can be found on the internet. I've done it and it's not that hard.
http://uscis.gov/graphics/howdoi/fiance.htm

Be forewarned, in my estimation, the chances of getting a visa for single girl from Central or South America just to VISIT has a success rate of less than 10%. But you can try.

Hankkh;
The US will look to you. Once you bring her in, YOU, are responsible for her. They don't want her to become a burden.

Hey Scuba .. good luck!

I dont know about the USA but for my wife from Colombia (100% documented legit etc) she was denied a visitor visa to Canada. Seems they didnt think she would return. Weird as she showed the deed to her house in Colombia which is paid in full.

good luck

A friend of mine is just now going thru the aftermath of having gotten a visa for his Mexican puta girlfriend and marrying her. After just a short while he is sick to death of the deal. She has gone thru all his stuff and tried to get rid of anything with any other woman's picture or name on it, even his mother and deceased daughter. Just jealousy that goes beyond belief. He has withdrawn his support so she will have to go back and get out of his hair. It didn't last long at all. She got violent and resorted to physical abuse.
I knew it wouldn't work but he had to try it. He has spent a fortune on her before she came up here and since as well. I guess you can take the wh*re out of their country but you can't take wh*re out of the person.

Thanks DPH55....Your post should be required reading for may of our MMen around here. Some guys just persist in the mentality that "This one is different" If this "hobby" is going to be more than that, then find another hobby.

You will end up being responsible for her because I'm pretty sure that they'll make you sign an INS form called Affidavit of Support (I-134) stating that she will not become the government's problem.

I have to fill this form whenever I bring one of my cousins from Europe over for the summer on a student visa.

VB and Orange, you are both correct. DPH55, doesn't surprise me. I've had the same situation with a Filipina. (I didn't bring her here but was with her on and off for 8 years .The story you tell brings back memories) I've also experienced it with a Dominican chica. They are just desperate individuals and want no threat to their money tree. Thus, all the craziness. Simply NOT worth it. Who needs the drama?

As a guy who always looks at things from both perspectives ... the problem likely isnt always JUST the gal ... good for several of us (me included ) to look in the mirror .... heck why are the gals (also gringas) the bad ones ... we are the ones flying around paying gals to screw us :)

This is just meant to say .. lets face it .. working gal or not the percentages things will work out are under 50% ... heck if marrying were a casino game VB would warn all of us NOT to play it. So lets start on a good wholesome USA marriage at under 50%. Now factor in some or all of the following:

1) BIG age difference
2) Cultural difference
3) Socio economic difference
4) educational difference
5) value system difference
6) moral difference (heck this MAY be the same)
etc
etc
:)

Good points Hands. With the starting point at 50% with a Gringa (I would actually doubt that it's that high) and all the deductions that you listed I would make it at about 5%. Good luck to you all,but I hope you find 19 others in the same situation who will fail so you can succeed.
