You can find the link to the map in the VIP's forum.

Prolijo created the map as a service to the VIP's,it's another great reason for joining up.

You can help support both CRT and Prolijo's worthy efforts by going to

http://www.whoreticulture.info Once there, if you join CRT by clicking the banner, Prolijo will get a small commission. The clickable online version of the map is there as well as in the VIP section here, so please show your support for both sites.

The now fairly out-of-date Lump's map I believe is still on Dongordo's website. If you're too cheap to pony up the $39.00 here on CRT, you might at least be able to get a head start on D.G.'s website.

Get Rhythm also produced a map, but I have no idea where to find it, if it even still exists. Perhaps G.R. could comment?

Finally, connecting with a wing man or two from CRT may also be an excellent way to learn your way around. VIP's usually congregate around 5:00 p.m. in the Blue Marlin; if you look through the windows over the tables and can see the Monkey Bar across the street, you're in the right place. Newbies are required by International Law to buy V.B. and other veterans a round, so don't be a scofflaw. :D

Hope this helps. Personally, I can't find a braille map and therefore don't use maps much.

correct address for prolijo is:

http://www.whorticulture.info/

I believe that the map there is GR's map. Joint project with many kudos to Prolijo and GR.

Okay, let me clarify...

The map on the CRT home page - the "GetRhythm" map - is completely my own work. The map on http://www.whorticulture.info/ is completely Prolijo's work. We've exchanged (and naturally stolen) ideas from each other, but each map is completely the work on one individual.

The benefit of having both maps available is that we've taken somewhat different approaches. My map has all the venue information printed on the same side as the actual map, where I believe with Prolijo's it prints on the opposite side. Prolijo's also has hyperlinks built in on the web site to go to more detailed venue information, color-coded city quadrants, and more detailed street info. I tried to keep mine a little simpler, but still include all the good stuff.

Hope that helps!

The map on my webpage is MY map, not the outdated Lumps' map.It is very simple and fairly up to date( which is more than I can say for the rest of my webpage  ). I will be updating my entire webpage very soon.

Dongordo,

Oops! Sorry to have misrepresented your website...er, blatantly stated incorrectly the origin of your map.

Actually, I owe you big time. Your website with the original Lum map was one of the first I found when learning about Costa Rica. I could actually see well enough to read web pages back then, so I had a good look at the lay of the land, so to speak. Now, I rely on a document Prolijo sent me; essentially a key to his map, which gives street coordinates for the various locales. That, combined with the talking computer and a good knowledge of the avenida/street layout, I can find most places on Prolijo's map.

Aw hell, who am I kidding? I still couldn't find my balls with a bloodhound...but it's better than nothing.

Thanks D.G. You're a hero.

If you're having trouble finding your way to my map. Here is a link to the thread in the VIP section that has all the info. If you're not logged in as a VIP this link will not work, meaning you also not supposed to have access to the map, so don't ask.
