Brand new to this board and first time trip to CR. I'm traveling to CR Feb 23rd and leading a group staying at the Marriott by San Jose and Los Suenos (by Jaco). I doubt that I will have time to see the Del Rey, Zona Blue, Beatle Bar etc. Hate the fact that there will be so little free time. A few questions:
1. Are there good outcall services in San Jose & Joca and, if so, who are they? I did a search and found VIP Escort Service in San Jose and also have seen references to GG on this board. Are either of these good and, if so, does anyone have contact information? Did find a number for Ana es Bueno.
2. Are the bellboys at the Marriotts a good source? Actually had a bad experience recently with a chica sent by a bellboy in Cabo but perhaps CR is better.
3. Do the girls have to register at the Marriotts and, if so, is the registration discreet? Also, do I have to be with her to register and escort her to my room? The travel company is managing the room protfolios and I'm concerned it will be apparent on mine that I had "visitors". Also, many business associates will be at the hotel and accompanying a beautiful Tica would look a bit suspicious.

Thanks in advance for any help. I have traveled western and eastern Europe quite extentsively and would be glad to help people heading that direction.

No idea about the Marriot policies and procedures. If I had the time, I'd do for you now what I'm suggesting you do for yourself. Search "G. & G.," "Escort," and/or Marriott. I'm sorry I don't have the time to do this for you, Boss...but these questions may well have been thoroughly covered elsewhere.

Oh, I can suggest one other thing, regardingg bellboys (they are called "botones" in Costa Rica). Don't overtip for the information and look like a sucker. Don't fail to check any female visitor's ID (unnecessary when using a service of quality such as G. & G.), do not fail to tip botones a little extra if the recommendation was perfect, don't hesitate to ask politely that he find you someone else if you're not pleased.

I am sorry that you'll have to make your first trip to C.R. under such duress and supervision. It's gonna make it kind of hard for you to have fun, won't it?

Welcome to the board Fisher. But I don't understand your comment about not being able to hit the Beatle Bar. I can only assume that you're going to Los Sueños Resort to do some fishing (also because of your handle), and because you won't have much free time, you must be fishing every day.

Fishing charters out of Los Sueños usually leave the marina between 7-8 am, and will usually return to the marina by 4-5 pm. Do you go to bed unusually early when you're on vacation? Do you already have plans for every evening? If my math is correct, you've got around 14 hours from the time you get off the boat, until the time you get back on the boat the next morning, assuming you're fishing every single day. You've got plenty of time for some nightly Snapper fishing.

Maybe it's just me, but I don't understand.........

El Ciego...thanks for the information regarding the "Botones". I'll heed your advice. Regarding doing a search for G&G and the Marriott, I took you advice and found what was needed. I did read the Newbie "Must Read" section but took awhile to learn the Search system. Sorry to ask repeat questions.

Mikey-B & Surfdog....I will be with a group and will have work related duties until 10 or 11PM with early morning assignments as well. Also, with over 250 people in my tour group, bringing a girl with me back to the Marriott Los Suenos and registering her without being spotted sounds high risk. If you think there is a way to do it I am open to advice.

Just get a hotel room in Jaco for your undercover activities.

Absolutely. There's several "less than glamorous" and inexpensive places to stay in the Jaco area. As far as working until 10 or 11 pm, it's not a problem. Things are just starting to get cranked up around that time at the Monkey Bar / Beatle Bar.

Just remember..... where there's a will, there's a way!!!

The Hotel Grand 4 next to the Beetle Bar rents rooms by the hour. SO make your choice and the bar and take her there.

Fisher, I don't think an escort would be any easier its pretty easy to find a hot chick who has a cell phone.

That's one big tour group you have I don't know what you all are going to be doing in CR but with a group that big I bet you wont be the only one heading to the BB.

I haven't used an escort service and don't think I ever will at least not in CR. Some ppl seem to like it.
