I read today that Amsterdam's Red Light district is planning a 'free day'.
Why can't the BM/KL have a 'free day'? They could limit it to Gringos who have been to CR a certain number of times, say 5 or 10. Your passport stamps could be the proof. Just think what that would do for business!
If only the chicas would go along with the idea

Well......when I consider the cost of a good time with a young good looking girl in Costa Rica compared to the same time and same services rendered with a Gringa here in the States...well..the Costa Rica experience IS almost like being for Free.

OK Gringotim but fair is fair..... The chicas get a day where they get to charge $300/hour and every monger must take at least one hour's worth.

The girls attitudes in Amsterdam don't come close to the friendly chicas attitudes in CR---I'd settle for a 1/2 off sale

To much bookkeeping counting entry stamps or keeping records of which mongers filled their mandatory one hour at $300.00 requirement.

Just have the girls start a Frequent Users Club. You would get a card, like at some pizza places or sandwich shops, that the chica punches every time you avail yourself of her service. 1 punch for an hour, 2 punches for multiple hours, 3 punches for TLN and 5 punches for full day and night out of town excursion.

After you get 10 punches you can redeem the card for 1 free hour or keep the card and redeem 2 of them for multiple hours, 3 cards for a TLN and 5 cards for an out of town 24 hour trip.

Most Del Rey Gals offer a freeby after 10 sessions. Make sure you ask for the card during your first session. She will stamp it for you after you pay for the session. Oh, it applies only to sessions for Cien or more.
