I was trying to find an answer to this question but cannot find one. Is it the norm for the chicas to perform bj's without a ranicoat or with one. Is this part of the regular price? If it isnt, do you negotiate beforehand for an uncovered bj. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That will definitely be between you and the chica. Some will, some won't, some you don't even have to ask....better to negociate for it first to be sure that is what you want and she will give.
There is no final answer as you will always get a different answer and service. But I would definitely ask a PRO

Here a TIP#1: YOU HAVE TO NEGOTIATE EVERYTHING AHEAD OF TIME (price, time, services)

As far as uncovered bj's, based on my experience, I would group the chicas into 4 categories:

40% will do it without being asked, it's the norm for them
20% will not do it voluntarily, but will not object if asked for it
20% will not want to do it, but can be talked into it with a propina (tip)
20% will NOT do it under any circumstances

I am no pro, although I play one on CRT, but maybe the true vets can give you a better idea of what the percentages are.

TIP#2: NEVER pay up front. Negotiate that too, agree she'll be paid after.
TIP#3: If a chica renegs, says she will do BBBJ then in the room changes her mind, boot her and don't give her the whole amount. Maybe cab fare. This is why I gave you tip#2.
