In a free market economy (which this resembles in a sort of twisted way ), the only thing that a buyer can control is his/her buying decisions, can't control other consumers' decisions and prices in the short-run. And there is always (supposed to be) supply for every level of demand (in price terms). So the guys who are willing to pay only 20K per hour should find somebody willing to accept it. Mind you, she may not be the type of girl you are looking for, but she'll be ready to accept your offer.

The only thing that may throw this off a little is that there needs to be perfect (or close) competition for this to work. In this case, some of the chicas are getting together and forming groups where they have a price which they stick to (aka collusion).

I can't believe that I'm using economic theories to explain buying pu*sy. (My econ professor is turning over in his grave.)

So the bottom line is, don't worry about what others are paying, you have NO control over it. You need to decide what you're willing to pay and stick to it. If what you can buy at that price isn't good enough, you'll have to pay more, simple as that.

Now THAT'S funny !!!!!!!! Thank god for a college degree ! I've got to talk to my accountant about this one.........

This is crazy in this kind of market as I have NO control here I have to get laid guys common!! My little head rules in this environment!! Thank god we have so many options other wise it really would cost us like the states & in more ways than one! Shouldn't some of us get the volume discount as this plays into a free market society well I guess this is unrealistic. Let's just all keep it real & have a great time.

Seriously there is just a plain limit on what pu$$y is really worth to each of us & we all have to determine that on our own. I will never pay more than cien but up to cien depending on all the factors. The way it is in CR you have to be pretty crazy about it all to pay more than cien it is over the top there & if you pay cien you should not be rushed or major time limits plus good attitude or you are being pretty stupid too me.

For example I have run into this dilemma on several trips. I have waited for Miss CR for hours & finally she shows up (the one I really want above all others) well I am not desperate but that is what I want & I can see most guys see her as a standout also so we talk & I see all signs as a great time personality plus etc. so she says cien. Ok it comes down to this do I try to bargain with her & hurt the mood of everyone playing out their own little happy fantasy when I can see & already know the other vultures of HDR like me are drooling over this one or do I bag her up quickly & get the show on the road but bargain on the other side of getting 2 hours or more plus all the other extras I like?? I know some guys she may even get more out of if she played hard-BALL & this type is a one trick pony usually so I really doubt if I get another shot at her & I know sloppy seconds she maybe tired if she even would return. So what would you guys do here, well I know many that would go to ZB or NF & say the out come is the same but to me it is not as I like what I like & want pics so we all have to play the game out the best we know how. Guys that live there can wait some of these out when these Chicas are on a slow day etc. but many guys do not have this luxury.

So I can counter but will not argue too long & I am not going to miss this time over 20 to 40 & regret it on the flight home. So roast me guys! Plus think about the 50 to 60 $ Chica that you keep buying drinks for she can be a cien chica pretty fast so bagging them fast can be a cost savings depending.

It is supply demand & some good timing doesn't hurt. I do believe that over the cien barrier is going to be hard for the Chicas to achieve for just 1 hour as there is a lot of price resistance there.

Zippy, you have to go for it. I learned this the hard way... like they say on CRT if you don't take it when you know it's right, someone else will beat you to it. This happened to me a few times at HDR, i was holding out "just in case" something better came along and when i turned around HDR was almost empty, all the chicas were gone. Along with the chica i had spent some time getting to know. The first time i was able to deal with it, but damn the second time i happened to me i said never again!!

I don't like to hear, "will you wait for me to come back? it won't take long, wait for me." For psychological reason I'm not into sloppy seconds, even though i know the chicas probably had a client or two already, but if i see the chica leaving and/or coming back with a gringo, i have to pass. Why that is i don't know, but it is what it is.

If you see something you like and it feels right, then go for it!!

There is nothign worse during the flight home, than thinking about missed opportunities.

I love all the chicas!!! some more than others... but that's okay.

In regards to the effect CRT has: if it was only CRT out there we would not be having this conversation. There are so many other Internet sites that have discussion forums about Costa Rica and sex tourism that they cannot even be counted accurately. I have no way of knowing but logic would tell me that in the age of the Internet that 90 percent of the man walking in the door of the Del Rey know what they're walking into. If you go on to these forums frequently occurring in all conversations will be something along the lines of if you pay more than $50 for an hour you are an idiot. Think that has an effect on what is going on.

Supply and demand: this thread was started with a comment about the girls attitude and how it seems to be going down. Yes they have the supply and yes we have the demand. So the transactions will go on. That is not what were discussing. Discussion is about the girls attitude. They have a product they supply us. They have assigned that product a value. For a period of time they seem to be receiving the assigned value for that product. We the customer begin to grumble about that assigned price in order to maintain a cash flow and inferior price is accepted. Wishing to maintain their margin the supplier now supplies and inferior product. Yes they will continue to supply and we will continue to consume. The girls will grumble about the low price and we about the inferior service. All of this over a dead goose.

You of all people: how many times have you told me I need to get out of the Del Rey. Now here I am looking at a new destination in part to do some research for CRT. That is seeing if the Colombians are consciously avoiding Costa Rica. How bad could it be. At worst I will see some new places and overpay 4 or 5 good looking Colombians. Panama City has me curious for other reasons to. I have met some very nice girls from their ( like "M" ) so why not go to the source.

And also to take into account, and this isn't a judgement, it just is what it is. There is a lot of diversity on this site. It is the difference between someone who does cocaine recreationally and a crackhead. Some guys are trying to do 100 different chicas multiple times a year like an obsession. Price is really an issue here. And there are some I have met like myself, who while we don't spend stupid money, don't care to fret over every dollar when we want to play. The money issue is a mute point. We all have our objectives, period.

I have a theory..i'm a newbie and i'll be damned if i spend more than $90 on a Tica...i was thinking about having a lil "collusion" myself..I call it Oceans 2 ( can't seem to convince 9 other guys to form Oceans 11...so mush for the Brother hood on this site)....while having "relations" with the Tica....i figured go through her pockets and take out $90 dollars when she is not looking and pay her with the guys money she slept with previousely...lol

No, it's all good! Nothing personal... A lot of guys don't know Central America though. I've had some good friends who have made big mistakes. Sorry, didn't mean for it to sound personal.
