The fare was $616 last week, it's $456 (incl. taxes) today. Should I book it or hold off? The low fare was $386 in February, the peak of the high season, so I'm thinking the rate has be under $400 for May. I just have to keep checking often.

Any thoughts? Am I getting greedy?

IMHO, book it! Don't dick around for a lousy $70. Your peace of mind is worth more than that. Bite the bullet, book the flight, and then you can concentrate on being in paradise for the Memorial Day holiday weekend! If you wanna roll the dice and take a chance, it might work out for a better price, but then again.....it might go the other way! Is $70 worth the gamble?

If I was planning on going that weekend, I'd give you the money. Matter of fact, if you need it, let me know. I'll still give you the money if you need it. But to get it, you must write me a sincere, heartfelt RFM via Western Union!!
