I did a search on this and aside from some dated info from Tman and RBC100 didn't really find much that would be too useful.

Is there anyone who can provide some current info on what the scene in Limon is like? Is there one? If so, where are the places to go for P4P?

Or is it being neglected because it's not worth going? (scenery and culture aside)

I can tell you this.
I dated a nurse on a cruise ship which had a port of call in Limon.
The crew all went ashore to partake of the local chicas at about $25 a pop.

She said she treated about 1/4 the crew for clap afterwards.
That is the fact....

I can only assume they went bareback.

I was in Limon a cpl yrs back during the , I think it was Independence celebration in Sep. They had a day of parades, and EVERYBODY in town was on the main drag! I never saw so many sexy girls and even older women! Everybody there speaks english and are polite and a little friendly! But the scene is worthless! NO local women will work there in their home town! The FEW bar-brothels have over-the-hill-hard-core workers! The non pros are a little bit serios about religion and HARD to get! I tried it back in the 70s when I was young! The town is flat-out dangerous!!! Dont even think of walking after dark! Lots of crack and meth! You will see blue pickups full of police with full body protection running all over town at night! Limon is good for exotic girl watching, but not much else! later

I agree with you & see this area of CR as very dangerous at night also but the day I see it OK & I never had problems but I usually tend to be pretty perceptive about 6 sense stuff & I felt a difference in the way people watch you or look at you there when they know you are a Gringo.

If a man wants to find the exotic look of the Limon Latinas that are hot & young you are much better off finding them in San Jose. Many are taller & darker but I have seen very pretty fair skinned ones also. I have talked with many from Limon & they were not about to work in their home town it is too small & everyone would talk is what they told me. Besides they can take a cheep bus & get a higher price in San Jose. These latinas of course want to keep this stuff a secret the best they can so they leave a small town & go to San Jose. My kind of Gal.
