Without regard to dinero, Ketel One or SKY 90 gets my vote stateside. In Costa Rica, drink OSO. It's for Oh, SOOOO Shitty. (Joking obviously.)

Nothing beats a good 'Mary....beef broth, nice one. I will have to try that. I like Pickle, A1, and a stick with Shrimp on mine if I have the ingredients handy.

Ding Dong,
About bringing celery salt down in a baggy.

I can just see it at the Customs inspection:

"Honestly officer, the powdery substance in the baggies in my luggage is merely celery salt." "Us gringos love the stuff in our bloody marys."

Just suggested it because the word on the street is that you are an adventurous traveler.   who doesn't mind a little skirmish with CR authorities occasionally.

I'll bet that the ever-vigilant aduaneros at the airport will have fun with you, should they find baggies of white powder in your luggage.

If I were bringing in the celery salt, I'd bring it in sealed spice bottles...but I tend to be overly cautious. I've heard that the San Jose version of Hotel Grey Bar isn't very pleasant.
