I'll bet that the ever-vigilant aduaneros at the airport will have fun with you, should they find baggies of white powder in your luggage.

If I were bringing in the celery salt, I'd bring it in sealed spice bottles...but I tend to be overly cautious. I've heard that the San Jose version of Hotel Grey Bar isn't very pleasant.
