Hell, than you have to get one buddy, you only live once and have to make your own experiences. A good friend of mine is married to a Brazilian girl who he met in Rio years ago. Nobody gave this any chance, but they are still happily married. So you never know. Go for it!

This has been addressed, but I'll make a comment. Your impression as noted in bold type above is a false one. While hooking in CR is legal the entire country is not a puta. the "openess" that you speak of is generally only found in the HDR and that is contingent on you having cash in your pocket. Don't be fooled.

The 2nd point... I'll bet you don't speak a "lick" of Spanish. The chances of you finding a tica that's fluent in English is limited. That being said exactly how do you plan to effectively communicate with such a monster of a barrier?

My perspective is very simple.

Being single is at times lonely but I like it, I will not marry again unless I am the one asked to sign the pre nup
