Whatever way it is termed, choose the words that you like best, all of us have a desire to lust after young smooth skin. I honestly wish I was one of those men that can sit in the coffee shop without taking my eyes off the newspaper. Not going to happen.... thinking about sex every 3 seconds... down from every 7 seconds 5 years ago so I'm not getting any better.

Dewayne you be one sick dude like me:lol: in need of lots of help!! Maybe after a thousand more beautiful soft skinned chicas you will be better or will this just make it worse? One thing for sure there is no total cure for this you just have to screw your way out of it!

I haven't had time to read through all the posts.... But, after 20 years of dating gringas and - as of late - banging latinas, I truly feel that the one girl who I think would make a great wife/mother is a semi-pro I met in CR.

She is one of the sweetest women in the world. She truly cares for her Ch*ldren like none other that I've seen. She is looking for security and an easier life. Pure and simple.

Am I any better than her? Hell no. From a moral perspective, I would say that I'm worse. I make good money in the states and blow it ALL on myself. Every friggin' penny she makes goes to her family... except for some inexpensive clothing for herself.

My only issue is this:

If I did marry her, I'd never want to bring her to the states. Obviously, I don't want to spoil her and turn her into a gringa. Moreover, I don't think she wants anything more than her slow, simple lifestyle in Puntarenas. So, if it did happen, I would move to CR, not the other way around.

Secondly, if I did marry her, how long could i stay loyal? I mean... with all of the available talent in CR, it would be an extreme challenge for me. In fact, I don't how the guys like RN and GR do it. It seems impossible.

On my last trip with her, we did chat about the marriage topic. I was basically trying to figure out her motives. She says that she is in love with me. I asked how many gringos she has said the same thing to and she answered something like "tu solamente". I've tried to call her out on lies in the past and she has always proven to be honest.

Finally, this girl treats me like a god. Every time I leave her alone in my room, she is making the bed, ironing my clothes, organizing stuff. I imagine that if I came home from a hard day of work, dinner would be waiting.... with perhaps a warm massage and how was your day, mi amor? Try getting that out of a modern-day gringa. Good luck there...

CT – I like to think that there is hope for the semi-pro type that has K*ds and lives a good distance from the P4P world. Honestly though, it depends on 1 huge factor for her and any of the others (my opinion), does she play in the P4P market so to barely keep her going or does she play to keep her going plus she buys material goods with her profits? If it is absolutely and purely to make ends meet then what you said about her wanting a simple and secure life could be true – she just might be able to handle it. To me, any Chica who is in the HDR after all her bills are paid hasn’t any ability to live the simple life and at the rate we are paying with respect to the cost of living in CR she shouldn’t be there but a few days a month.

This girl is terrified of DR, BM and the whole gulch scene in SJO. It took her some convincing that she was safe at the SL. She makes 1 or 2 trips to the BB a month, but doesn't always score. She has not been to the BB since October. She is sick of the scene. I really dig this chick and hope her "mongering" days are nearing the end.

We'll see how this all pans out.

It CAN work. The most important thing to remember is for both of you to only concern yourselves with what happens from this point forward.

Each of us have a past and none of it should have an impact on your future as long as there are no secrets that might pop up to derail you.

Communication is the key. Be honest and faithful. There are no guarantees but if you both have the same goals and really want to work at it, it can be a success.

Great advice Wit .... your comment about leaving the past as that .. the past is dead on. EVERYONE has a past but we also ALL have the ability to control our actions in the future.

My research has convinced me that there is some percentage of puta in all woman. This percentage can vary wildly within the same woman over a period of time. So, no matter who you are marrying you are actually marrying a puta. This may amount to the old half full or half empty argument - you might say only the tiniest percent of her is puta, the rest is pure. But then you might come home early one day and catch her in bed with your buddy and so you find that she is pure, pure puta. What I enjoy about the San Jose scene is if you begin with accepting them as a puta first they probably cant never really dissapoint you and more often than not you find them to be respectable human beings. I have been called "cynical".

They ALL want something, though some of it is maybe normal, girls wanting security, a good man, a provider... while this seems natural enough, it is also reality that it is ALWAYS a trade-off.

Women give sex to get love, men give love to get sex. It just seems silly to act like it's all LOVE when in fact it is a sort of business deal.
problem is when the deal falls through- she gives sex, he takes and then bails out... or he gives love, and she takes, but doesnt give the sex, or gives it to someone else...
Either way, marrying a girl, whether she has a past or not, is an enormous risk, with bad odds, and huge downside... yet without at least TRYING to make something meaningful out of it, disillusioment comes to many....

In general ... if both folks (like LH and PAcoLoco our own resident Brokeback mountain heroes) in a relationship focus on what we can do FOR the other person, rather than what they will GET from the other person ... the relationship has much more chance for success.

If you want it to be a lasting relationship find a women that is a giver by nature not a taker & one other hugh factor is mental stability. If they are not calm stable people why bother puting everyone thru it all. This includes our self if we have serious mental issues Why punish all involved? Also if a guy is a taker he better learn to modify his behavoir to more of a giver to have a fuller relationship. The truth of it all from what I have seen most people are what they are & not capable or willing to make changes in their own nature which is very hard to do!
