Brothers Ameritico's , CostaKid's and Witling's links are live and still useful--the rest appear either dead or have changed into something else not remotely monger related (SuperPages, for example).
The map is useful and the general info as relevant now as when originally posted.

Since my site was listed in the initial post, just wanted to update and say it has moved to

I try to list most relevant monger travel and escort sites from own research and submissions for 10 years, now. My old site was static and it took me a lot of effort to change it into a database driven blog with screen shots of some listings. Feel free to hit me up if you would recommend other links for my list. The new format allows readers to post comments to each post. I think this is a valuable feature.
