i am in the process of looking for places to stay in the tamarindo area...any suggestions on a condo management service in the area? i am working google but first hand recommendations from my CRT brothers would be my primero choice...

I own some condo's farther North, up in Playa del Coco, and Playa Ocotal. I use a local R.E. Management company, so I don't think that would help you with your situation.

Try talking to some of the local realtors in the Tamarindo area. Many of them also do property management. If the realtor that you talk to does not do property management, they would (more than likely) be able to refer you to someone who does. There are many hotels and condo's in that area, so I'm sure you'd be able to find something.

You can look for realtors in the Tico Times or A.M. Costa Rica.
