Just wanted to post to let everyone know that myself and a partner have recently completed renovations on a small house in Barrio Amon. We built it to be the perfect party place in a top notch location. While we will certainly make it available to anyone who wants to rent it, it was designed and built specifically with you and other CRT members in mind.

I will not list the features as the admin. has already allocated some areas for that information but please rest assured it contains everything to bring your SJO experience to a whole new level. Please feel free to check out the website and let us know of any questions or suggestions you may have.

I was the first resident of Casa Vino, and it was good. So good that I will be there again in December. OK, Not just good, but great! I love Sportsmens, but if you want to feel like you live in SJO, you have to try this place. The amenities are first class, location superb, and most importantly, mi novia loved it. Very private. No problem getting cabs as there are two hotels and a casino steps away. Three very good restaurants in walking distance as well.

The kitchen is one of the best features.We made breakfast every morning,which also meant we could lay around in bed as long as we wanted.Not having to step out into the lobby of a hotel first thing in the morning to get coffee etc was really nice.

I can't wait to get back.

Casa Vino is a house which can be rented as a whole by 2 people with full run of the house- 2 bedrooms, living room full kitchen, balcony, steam-room, wall size TV, wet-bar etc.

or it can be rented individually by 2 seperate people, the Executive Suite contains the full-kitchen, work area downstairs and then the bedroom, balcony, livingroom, wall-size tv, steam room upstairs and wet-bar. While the standard room is a real good size and has a full bath, color tv etc.

If they are rented individually, both guests will have seperate entrances and complete privacy in the individual parts of the house.

One and a half blocks from Zona Blue and one and a half blocks from JR's Ribs sounds good to me.
