I understand now it is open and kind of nice atmosphere..

I ate there quite a few times about five years ago, prior to the closing.
At that time it was excellent! Great food and service, though on the
expensive side. And of course a great view. I haven't been there since
they re-opened about five or six months ago.

I stayed at the HI in early December and ate at their resturant, I have to echo gringotim on all aspects. The view is great. I had a lady with me and she was impressed, especially when we could see some fireworks in the distance.

Breakfast was not impressive but good. Sunday morning I was disappointed because they had no eggs. They deducted 10% from my bill.

If I stay at the HI again, I'll eat there for the convienience and view.

I don't see how they can stay in business, it was virtually empty all the time.

I went to the casino around 9pm on Saturday and it was completely empty, again I can't see how they stay open.
