I make my 10th trip to Cr this month. I run about 8 miles a day.
I still dont know where to run. Parks, Gyms with treadmills?
Any other healthy mongers out there?

Without a doubt, Sabana Park. You can't miss it - Just tell the taxi to take you to Sabana Park, Entrada Principal.

There is a gym that was pointed out to me by a CRT member. Its near Le Grillion. I believe that it was on the corner of Avenida 4 and Calle 2.

Lolli,

There is a very nice soccer field with a running track around it, located within a 10 minute walk from The Sportsmen's Lodge. I'm sure anyone around there could tell you where it is located, but approximate directions are....walk a block or 2 beyond the rear of The Sportsmen's Lodge till you get to the railroad tracks, make a left at the railroad tracks and follow the tracks for maybe a 100 yards or so.

My friend would run there every day. It's busy with other people there and it is safe.

Although smaller than Parque La Sabana (which is where the 1st airport once was located) you can really run for other reasons in Parque Morazon, especially at night. No lolligagging there my friend. Wile Coyote

The Morazon park about 1:30 a.m. is a good place to try for your personal best in the 40yard dash.Circus once did a 4.2,but alas it wasn't fast enough. The Tranny that caught him was at once seized upon by a recruiter from the University of Miami, and now plays outside linebacker for the Canes.

hey CRdreaming, sorry to dig up this thread, but is this why the FSU team has such tough games with the 'Canes

Sabana is the best bet. Good place for runs.
