What's the difference between a midget/'little person' and some of the spinners at the BM? Perhaps a few inches? I've been with and seen some very small spinners not much over four feet (if that) tall at the BM.

(a midget is short but normally proportioned whereas a dwarf is disproportionate ie stubby limbs)
