One does what the heart requests. I have been helped in life by people that had no reason to offer. Over the years I have returned their kindness to others as a way of repayment.
A reasoning person knows when it is appropriate to help someone and in this case I would have done the very same thing.

As I have said before, I dated plenty of regular Latinas in Costa Rica and Panama and none ever asked me for money and some were from humble means. The bottom line to me is that a Tica working as a Prostitute has already made the most profound ethical compromise she can make, so lying to a gringo to get a steady flow of supplemental income just doesn't matter that much. You guys that continue to try amke a silk purse out of a sow's ear will continue to be dissappointed, without fail.

Here is some free advice: Instead of trying to make a princess out of a whore, it might be better to try and meet real Costa Ricans and perhaps they will introduce you to a nice girl that doesn't charge by the hour.

Few if any on this forum have donated the time and money for volunteer work as LVSteve has done. He is a good friend and I know the man has a big heart and helps a number of people that come into his life. Whether you agree with this particular deed in unimportant, it is only a blink of the eye compared to the good deeds he has done in his life. I've probably embarrassed him but it's true.

Hell, he even donated to the "Send Circus to CR" fund. Thanks LV for the 500 colones.......You de man.
