Whenever my novia calls me from CR the phone number shows up as "private" or "unknown." That is with her using her cell phone. I assume that she has used both the 199 and the 197 cards. Once in awhile I DO get a 506 phone number. But, I believe that only happens when she uses a pay phone. For privacy purposes, I have heard that making calls from ZB shows up as a Miami area code.
