Ironically even though many flights transfer in Atlanta, it's $720 Roundtrip if you originate there.

To make matters worse, USAir, also in bankruptcy, offered a $266 fare out of ATL to SJO flying you to Charlotte to get on their flight. The problem is that the return is thru DCA or worse and takes 17 hours. Most seats are already sold out.

Delta tries to outsell USAir out of CLT, their hub and USAir turns around and tried to outsell Delta out of Atlanta, Delta's hub.

Believe me if seats were available and if I did not have to spend a day on the return trip I would be in SJO this weekend.

I check the website of each airline as well as Orbitz and Travelocity. Travelocity is obsolete by the time you access it in many cases.

The airline's own website is up to the minute for the airline, however.

Just like LatinoHeat says you know you are hooked when you check the airfares to SJO every morning.
