I have reservations for a spa room at the Presidente in November and I wondered if anyone knows if the spa suites are actually any better. I have stayed in the Junior suites several times, but they were still working on the spa rooms when I was last there. I got tired of the Jr suites since many do not have outside windows. I read somewhere that the spa rooms have a two person hot tub but the suites have only a one person hot tub.

How many spa rooms and spa suites do they have? I had asked for a spa suite but they were already sold out. Now, it sounds as if the spa room might be better than the suite. Any advice?

I was able to book a Spa Suite from 11/22 to 12/4. There was a thred explaining the difference in the rooms. They should update their website and tell what each room offers.

I was quoted a rate of $49.00 per night plus tax for a standard room. Is that a good rate?

I stayed in a suite my last trip it was very nice roomy had a couch and sitting area . My bed was probably the largest I have ever had, plenty of liveing space if you plan on spending alot of time in the room it is worth it. The garde tub or hot tub would probably fit 4 persons no issues there either. I enjoyed the space but I also spent 2 solid days in it .If your only going to use the room for 1 -2 hours at a clip I would recomend a standard room.
If you enjoy parting then the suite room is great....
