Actually, I think it had more to do with the question of whether the death was the result of natural causes or foul play. A guy brings a hooker to his room and the next time anyone sees him he's dead. Its obvious what the first thing many of us wondered or this thread wouldn't have been started to begin with. If the girl was someone like the Viper Lady, she could have drugged or killed him to get his money. Since the money is still there, it makes it seem less likely that was the case - hence the comment.
Of course, the guy could have died from a heart attack or some other natural cause while the girl was still there and she either had the good sense not to compound the problem by robbing the dead and drawing suspicion to herself or was simply so freaked she simply took off without touching anything. However, the fact that the room was locked from the inside seems to preclude that as well.
