Ran across this ad in the Tico Times this week: *#1 FULLY furn, studios, put kit + bath, TV, ph, new const, near Hotel Del Rey- Mall San Pedro, $265/mo. Tel. 356-8747

I might be interested someday but not at the present time, however I thought someone might deem it worth checking out. Says new construction so I guess you can assume it isn't a slumdwelling but I wonder about the neighborhood. Then again if some of the Chicago area CRTs move there then "there goes the neighborhood" :P

Pax,

Interesting. Seems hard to believe sounds like one of those...If it sounds to good to be true....

But certainly worth a look for anyone looking for a place in that area.

YO apt. Dwellers:

Yes indeed. That is the top of the line in our "Cardbox Inn" suites. A bit of exaggeration but let me clarify the details. One bedroom box, mess kit from WW11, shower from downspout at bulding and TV from picture window at bar on calle. You can whissss in the street grate. Plastic rain cover is an additional $15 a month. We have a "Crack" staff taking care of all your needs. PM me for details.......nevermind, cannot do ads on this site. Check with my agent, Toni the Transvestite, in and around M. park.

I've been drinking vodka every day for 45 years and I have certainly never found it to be habit forming.
