I was just in thought and wondered when it was that CRT first started up and how many owners of the site have there been. Kinda random I know but peaked my curiosity.

CRT started August 25, 2003. A relatively small group led by Admin1 started it and within a month, board membership was over 100. Many of these came from another board Costa Rica Sex (CRS).

In a similar vein, there was an early Colombian board "Poor But Happy" which included some p4p info but was more of a paisa lifestyle board.

The various Sex Guide sites were started by one guy J*****n who quickly settled in a country far south. The SG sites split several times and now gave various admins. These boards are largely organized by geographic area.

A lot of this history is scattered around different posts, but for obvious reasons, not gathered into a single post or book.

first started reading board in 2004. when i think back now of all the great posts that taught me a heck of a lot. if I had to add u all of what the crt card has saved me, it would be in the thousands. and that's another reason to always stay @ the sl.

Speaking of CRS, haven't heard of Rico Cacciatore in years. Is he still in Costa Rica?

Haven’t been to Costa Rica since 2015. From 1997 till 2015 spent every vacation day and I had there. Not 100% accurate starting in 2013 Panama got most of my vacation days.
I meant some good people on this board. Unfortunately a good number of them are gone.

Costa Rica was a great Mongering start for me. Enjoyed every visit. Usually found a GFE type to bring me back.
When she/they disappeared, Off I went to the Great places of Pattaya, Thailand and Angeles Phil for several years. Again, enjoying every minute of my trips. I will be in SJ May 7 -17th. Celebrating my 17th anniversary.

It started up inAugust 2003. It either started up before or right after a party at the Aloki. The Aloki which is now the Sportsmens. I believe Bill was the host and purchased it shortly after.

CRT has definitely helped navigate this difficult and dangerous hobby. It hasn't been all fun and games, but looking back on all my trips I've also enjoyed every minute of it.
