I would recommend COCAL and yes the rooms are overpriced for what you get but the convience is worth it. You can take a chica to your room and if her attitude changes once you get her in the room just send her back without taxi money. I average sending back about 30% of the chicas because of the pay me first situation that you get at the COCAL. But they are so many chicas available you can always find a good one. I am a shallow mofo and I have a hard time turning down hot chicas, so hence I have to reject a few once we get in the rooms. But be prepared to wear shorts as it is very hot.

I’m heading down with 4 guys in early December. Rather than getting 4 hotel rooms anybody recommend a house/villa like an Airbnb thing where we could stay, bring some girls back there, maybe throw our own pool party?

Stay at the condos Vista Del Mar right next to the Cocal. Large rooms and balcony overlooking Cocal and a nicer pool and better wifi

You can book Vista Mar online at http://hotelcocalandcasino.com/ that’s the Cocal website. All booking links at the Cocal site lead to Vista Mar condos. To book a hotel room you need to call or email the hotel directly. It's very confusing.

It looks like Thurs- Fri Dec 6,5 and Sat Dec 14 are already booked up.

The are some Vista Mar Condos booked outside the Cocal system. You can google Vista Mar Jaco and probably find them. Some owners probably think the Cocal cut is too excessive.

Thanks that’s helpful. Lot of these condos say like 2 king 1 queen bed. But that mean there are 3 actual bedrooms, or all the beds in one room? How can I tell?
