The truth to be told, at 69 years old, this is exactly the way I want to go !!
Currently have a 28 year old wife in Cuba, and if I drop that last load on top of her, my life will be complete

Well, it's one thing when a broken down old monger bites the dust, most of us are 3 to 15 years away from our final duke out with the reaper anyway.

Maybe riding a hot squeeze in your hotel room, shooting your load, exploding your heart and heading to Nirvana isn't the worst way to slip the surely bonds of earth, but to me, it's sad a young man of 31 passes away during a vacation designed for fun.

To me, unless he had some medical condition, I suspect drugs, maybe a cocktail of drugs and alcohol, as the killer, not knowing anything. Something like this is tragic and has to be agonizing for his family and friends.

RIP, young man, RIP.

Exactly. I was trying to make the point that this shouldn't just be trivialized as some old guy who had too much fun, but a lot of people seemed to do just that. (By the way, I'm not trying to imply that the life of a senior citizen is worth less than a young dude). This is very concerning, at least to me, it is.

I'm 64, basically healthy but I have some underlying health issues, docs all said I can shake down any time or hang another 5 or maybe even 10 if I'm lucky.

Few people want to go down, but my attitude I'll do the best I can, I made my will, do my spiritual thing, made peace with my demons and enjoy every second not knowing if I'm exiting next month or next year or 2020 or 2024 or 2028.

I feel I've lived an active exciting life mixed with successes and failures, loves and loves lost, a full life, so when I head out, no regrets.

31 is wayyy too young to die, it's terribly sad, I remember when I was 31, I was on top of the world and the strongest man alive in my mind. My only problem in the world that I had was I was married at the time, lol.

Peace to him and his family and loved ones...adios, fellow monger...

Jeeze Net, the way you are talking, I had better buy you that beer soon.
Seriously, any of us could check out at any time. Best to enjoy every minute. And the best place to enjoy those few minutes are places like CR.

I got my Dimex (Cedula for gringos, residency, and agreed to give my organs when I meet my demise) if you see a Tico walking around with green eyes and a huge bulge in his cargos, you'll know he was one of the recipients.... :!:

At this moment, I have two pair of cargo shorts, maybe I'll will them to the SL to be auctioned off and proceeds to charity, but Nosejelly, if you ever meet me and buy me one of SL's mind numbing fantastic fish sandwiches, well...they just may find themselves set aside in my will for you. 8)

Jawanker, those that know me realize I am a leader in all things fashion, so if by any chance I was unfortunate enough to possess a Hawaiian shirt, or equally repugnant, a shirt with pictures of fish, you would see me walking around topless smoking a cigar, and one of the faux Cuban cigar purveyors hanging around HDR would be sporting it...

Phoenix, yes I have, I set aside a little chunk to a local friend here who is a fellow cat/dog lover to take him if I lose my next fisticuffs with the reaper, unless of course you want to outbid him, he likes you and I see you handle pussys of both catagories pretty well... 8)

Remember, I don't drink much, but I'll take a SL fish sammich in lieu of the beer, thank you.

Some of you may get this joke from a previous post, separate checks, of course....

I read the article and in the discussion thread the 33 year old man was getting married and found by his father fully dressed at 7am and video tapes found no funny business. He was from Czech Republic.

I was at the hotel when he passed. He and his family were in town for a wedding , " his". At 7am his uncle knocked on the door to no answer.Maid let him in and he was fully dressed and unconscious on the floor. Police checked videos and reviewed the paper trail and no girls were in his room the night before. The family came to identify the body including his fiancee. They wanted to get his body back home to Czechoslovakia asap. Body being held pending autopsy and toxicology results. He was 33 years old.”
