Tried it out mid-morning on a weekday: under $70 USD.
Took less than 60 seconds from requesting the ride to having the driver call me. Met outside the Arrivals hall just across from Deli Malinche: cross over to the parking garage side of the driveway and turn right, then look back across the driveway at the Arrivals hall and you'll see the Deli Malinche, make your Uber request and the driver is probably standing right next to you already.
Driver offered to do a cash-only deal for 25,000 colones (about $42 USD) but I wanted the security of knowing at least Uber could track my body if something went wrong. Turns out he was a good driver and happy to have a long drive. We practiced speaking each other's languages so it was a fun drive.
He said that long runs like that are unusual for him, and Uber might lock him out for up to 24 hours as they "investigate" whether it was a real fare - that's why he'd rather do cash.
I don't know what Uber paid him, but he's the one who offered the 25mil cash price, so maybe that's a high end if you want to bargain with someone.
Uber was still illegal and he hid his phone the one time we passed a traffic control officer at a checkpoint. The plan was to say I was family, married to his sister

in Miami in case they asked. They didn't ask.
