Playas del Coco in Guanacaste (north of Tamarindo)?

What are you looking for? It's not a wild and crazy mongering spot.

Nothing in CoCo. I made the mistake of staying there. Unless you are bringing someone head to Tamarindo. There were some street walkers, nothing to write home about but, hey. The biggest hurdle you will have is trying to get her into your hotel.

Stay at the Hotel/Casino on the main strip.

Always some girls out front and also at the bars across the street.

The taxi drivers will also bring chicas if you ask them - they know who is working on the low key and will bring some beautiful and motivated ladies back with them for you to choose from.

No problem bringing them back to the rooms at the Hotel mentioned above.

I am staying at Coco Beach hotel and I have reservations through expedia. Is the hotel closed or just the casino?

I believe just the casino. Maybe it closed for the slow season. I stayed next door. It’s a fun little spot for a few nights.
