If you have game you can hit the chicas who are vacationing. I would prefer a Nica, Tica, Colombiana over the gringas and europeans but they want dick too. You will need to buy them some drinks though but from what I saw it was a very target rich enviroment. If you speak spanish then be a bit subtle and try waitresses and bartenders you think are cute. It should not take you long to make a date.
