Hey everyone. First time coming to CR. Staying at the La Amistad sept 21-25. I hear there is a holiday on Sept 21 there. Anyways, ill be flying in alone to monger mixed with a Anthony Bordain style experience. I have oddly high standards and am geniunely looking for hotttt women. I dont want the same chicks i can find in the bars in the states. I booked the penthouse but have no idea how nice or penthouseish it will really be. Married so this is like my bachloer party follow up lol. No reservations about 1k cash to blow over 4 days. And good suggestions or insight? Heard Jaco was a waste.

IMO. Costa Rican working chicas are more sweet and cute then hot
The few "hot" ones are supporting a special k or worst habit and might take your 1k for a day of fun.
But do try pantera rosa and Jaco .

I had a great time on a budge last weekend and was fine when the overpriced hot one flaked.

I'll still be in C.R. a couple more nights after your arrival. Staying at the Sportsmen's.

I am happy to help you in any way that's convenient for me....interpretation if you lack Spanish or whatever. No charge. I get bored after a certain point and look for non-mongering diversions. Look for the blind man; I won't be looking for you.

I believe it! As stylish as his series is, he is basically a junkie prick. Everyhere he goes, the bars then post his picture on the wall and raise their prices. He has ruined a few hangouts that I have frequented,

Something he said and the way that he said it on one of his shows in Thailand left little doubt.
Not that there's anything wrong with that.

Nothing wrong with that, but he is still a tool.

that was actually possibly his best show along w tokyo and italy (the guy throwing dead fish in while he scubas)
but he was hammered and ended up one night in a place where he kissed a ladyboy on the cheek
pretty sure that can happen to anyone
he does seem a pretentious douche tbh but that show was entertaining at times
other times it nearly made me pee my pants i laughed so hard

I just hope he doesn't take his film crew to CR; he destroys every haunt he goes to. The guy is filthy rich from his series. And he dissed Hemingway, who is a Nobel prize winner. So bourdain writes cookbooks, which will soon be forgotten.
