There are no pirata rates. They are not legal or regulated so they charge whatever can be negotiated, so get an agreement before you get in. You can usually get a discounted rate. More than once I have been in a pirate cab when it failed then you can be in the middle of nowhere and they still want to be paid of course you don't have to but it's hard to get a legal taxi to come get you. Also they normally have no insurance so you need to have a policy that would cover you.

I only use Uber now. Simple easy.
100 times better than the Red taxis.
Never a rip off in 50 trips.
