Just returned from a round.trip via Spirit. This trip went perfectly.

As a side note, Global Entry probably saved me 2 hours of waiting in line. It was a big bother to do the physical interview, but well worth it.

Global Entry is an excellent program!

I have been a GE member for almost five years, just renewed for another five years. Until recently, it was a very good program. The immigration agents at MCO don't seem to understand Global Entry. They now have one line for GE and mobile passports (mobile passport is a free app). The last time I went through, the agent took a mobile passport before me. All the time I was waiting, I read the banner on the wall "Why are you waiting in line? Get Global Entry". The last few times, there has only been one agent doing Global Entry. One time, that one agent took a family of five, with foreign passports, just as I was approaching the waiting spot. If he had opened his eyes, he could have seen me walking up to the waiting spot, with the GE printout in my hand. At the baggage check (customs), those people are always on the ball. They always call me as soon as any agent is free.
