Has anyone booked a room for the reopening of hotel Castillo..I haven't seen any pics yet other than the ones on the CRT homepage. I'm curious to hear about the renovations and see the finished product before booking...

The Castillo won't open until 15 January - 12 days from now.

I will be staying on the 17th.

According to a post by Matt, buried in another thread, he will be posting new pictures sometime this week. He did not say where he will be posting them. Plus, if the timing is like the re-opening, maybe they will be posted before summer.

I saw the thread.. also read that they were waiting on furniture and the photographer and should have been done a few days ago...still no pics. Hopefully soon.

I toured the Castillo before the construction and then a couple of days ago. The transformation is amazing. I think everyone will see it was well worth the wait.
