I tried to search for more information about Little Havana, which from what I understand is the old Scores, but have not found much.

I did email them and received a reply about it being business as usual. Unfortunately, my experience is only with Scores and had hoped to spend the day (Dec 15) at Zona II, which is now not going to happen. My question is this, will the experience be the same/similar at Little Havana as it was at Scores?

When I was a green noob, I was fortunate to have Bookie show me around... of all the places we visited, Scores seemed to be what fit me best. I was not comfortable with the whole line up and pick process, so the sports bar feel and meeting up was great. Little Havana sounds like this, but want to make sure I know what I'm getting myself into.

Thanks in advance.

They are trying to build Little Havana back to how it was at Scores but the bar is not drawing as many girls as before yet. Girls drift in and out. So you walk up to the bar and look around and approach who ever you like.
The bartender is great but there can be few or no customers at any given time.

Since ScoreS fell apart, and was later reincarnated as Little Havana, that venue has had a tough time attracting guys and girls and hotel guests. That is probably because Zona 2 (right next door) has had a "killer" line-up and a great atmosphere due to Jimmy's strong success.

Now, with Zona 2 out of the picture at the end of this week (unless Jimmy finds an investor to keep it alive), Little Havana will have a greater chance of returning to its glory days. The infrastructure is still there at Little Havana - - - pretty much unchanged from the ScoreS days. All they need now is more guys and more girls. But I can't tell which will come first........ you know, like the chicken and the egg.

And for you cigar fans, don't forget about Bruce at the Havana Humidor Room inside the Zona 2 building. Bruce has a good following for good reason. He knows his stuff. I expect that the cigar shop will remain in business on that corner.

That would be Rick at the HHR. Bruce is involuntarily unable to be there.

From what Rick said the last time I talked to him, he will also be leaving soon. They have hired a chica to run the place.

I'm sorry that I was a little "out of the loop" about the cigar business. My apologies here. I'm NOT a cigar fan.

I stayed 11 days at Hotel Little Havana and it has come to life again and is a good chica friendly hotel too.
The bar is attracting some cute chicas and the bartenders are very friendly.
They have just opened the kitchen and so breakfast and food is available.
The staff led by veteran Lulu are doing a great job of running the place efficiently.
Wi Fi is good only the phones only work in house, but nearly everyone has a phone anyway, so no big deal

I have been smoking Cuban cigars since the mid seventies, I know a fake by instinct. I stop in there from time to time and get one, the ones I have gotten have been real, i don't know how to explain it in words, but if you've been smoking them for 40 years you just know...
