As many of you know I recently was in the US for a month having surgey two months ago i had an insulin pump installed in me ( basicly an artificial pancres ) and had some compulcations and I have to return to the US for some more treatment and be closer to my doctors so I am retiring and going to travel around the US for a while
As far as ZONA II goes i am looking for someone to run it and eventully take it over
I had a great run here in Cota Rica met alot of great people and made alot of friends had alot of fun and even made some money and now its time to move on I would like to thank everyone that supported ZONA II over the past four years I have alot of great memories from the place
Thank you all

well, since Jimmy said that he is retiring & closing Zona2 on NOVEMBER 18,
I would imagine that it WON'T be business as usual on December 15

I hope someone in the mode of Jimmy steps up to run the place in the meantime. If I had the money and the smarts, I would love to run it.

takes a lot more than that but if i were a gambling man i would think this might be a low buy in w high upside if it was the right guy
i am not that guy but next year might be full of optimism and people w disposable income once again...

Alright that made me laugh..... 2 points for you.

Seriously if anyone is interested in buying it or taking it over. I know someone that could help you run it, and I am sure Jimmy would give a good reference for that person.

The deal is simple 100k 20k down 1666 for 4 years no interest
It's basically a lease purchase I will even not hold you liable if it doesn't work for you I just want the place to continue on
At the end of the four years or when you pay me in full I will turn the licenses over to you
You get it just the way it is everything included
I have 2 years on this contract with the option for 5 more probable more because I own the license
Pm me if you are interested
Jim

Amazingly attractive deal...if the cash flow is anywhere near what you mentioned a year or so ago!

But it requires someone with the right skill mix and dedication to make it work.

Good luck!

You are correct this is work
it makes very good money but it is time and work if you want to keep producing the way it has for the past years
The place doesn't owe me a dime and I had a great time there
But again it is work I will be the first to tell you that
And so will Eddie, Bill and Matt if you want to be successful you have to put in the time
Jim
