The dentist wants me to stick around for an extra week to see if they need adjusting, polishing or some shit. Think it's overkill? I did have another dentist recommend a week for the same process.
If you have the time and $ to stick around, do it, but chances are that if anything will break or need adjusting, it will happen a couple of days after you go home, even after 2 weeks.

I think it's overkill. A week should be enough. The money you save on another week of hotels/food/drink will almost pay for another trip if something goes wrong.

I've had some good experiences in the last few months at the offices of Dr. Chen, on Calle 6, just south of Ave 4.

My experience is with Dra. Nicole Diaz, who is a young dentist who works at Dr. Chen's offices.

She has done very thorough cleanings and examinations for my Sweet Nica and for me. The cost was 25,000 for each of us (less than $50).

She also restored a broken tooth for my Sweet Nica. It was broken above the gum line. Most of the tooth was missing.

I was in the treatment room observing her every move. I know something about the proper materials and procedure to do this type of restoration. Dra. Diaz asked the right questions and did the reconstruction well. The cost for the restoration was also 25,000.

Very good point. I may go with Nova or Prada and just stay maybe 2 "fun" days after they tell me to stick around. Maybe I can check into the sportsman one of those nights.

I need two bridges, possibly two root canals (with crowns) and I am debating on closing the small gap in my front teeth by putting crowns on the front 4. The only reason I would touch them is because they already have fillings, so they're not virgin teeth.

Anyway, that type of work hopefully won't put me too much out of commission.

Do you guys recommend any day trips to either coast to hang out at the beaches? Any nude/topless beaches?

So I am leaning toward staying closer to my dentist, which is near that big park (stadium) and not extremely close to the fun area.

How do I find out if my hotel allows for visitors? I read that many don't allow that, or charge. I will almost certainly pop into the HDR and other places to socialize and if I happen to see someone I can't pass up, I'll want to grab her but don't want to go all the way back to my hotel and be told ticas aren't allowed (that will suck, and be embarrassing to go back to the hotel later)

If they don't allow it, any good places near the HDR area that rent by the hour?

Thanks!

send the hotel an e-mail & ask them if you can bring guests to your room. They'll tell ya their policy: yes/no, fee/no-fee, registered at check-in only etc.

best places near the HDR for hourly rentals would be La Oficina, 5 mins. away by taxi or Hotel Morazán, a 2 min. walk down Ave. 1

To make it straightforward, they can be thought of as medicinal specialists with cutting edge surgical preparing in everything contained in the human head or potentially neck aside from the eyeball and focal sensory system (the mind and spinal line). Subsequent to pondering this for several seconds, one understands that these specialists are in charge of thinking about and looking after a variety of issues that may emerge in the head and neck locale. This makes them specialists in a wide range of medicinal issues and illnesses, and all the more significantly, deciding the most ideal approach to treat them. The issues treated by ENT specialists can change extraordinarily, from intermittent ear contaminations, sensitivity, endless tonsillitis, constant sinusitis, dazedness, hearing misfortune, thyroid malady, parathyroid infection, head and neck tumor, skin malignancy, obstructive rest apnea, to horrible and restorative deformities of the face and neck. In any case, that is not it, this rundown of issues and medicines can truly continue forever. At times the treatment for these restorative determinations is "therapeutic", using solutions and instruments like immunotherapy (hypersensitivity shots) to enough treat a malady procedure, yet here and there it can likewise be "surgical".
